How you Can Help At Home!

Set a Daily Reading Time

Help your child build a reading routine! Choose a consistent time, like:

·Before bedtime

·After dinner

·Right after homework

Ask Questions About What Your Child is Reading

Encourage deeper thinking by asking:

·What do you think this book is about?

·What do you think will happen next?

·What was your favorite part?

·Always ask “Why?” to encourage your child to explain their thoughts

Read Together!

·Take turns reading pages or paragraphs aloud

·Share your thoughts and predictions

·Make it fun and interactive

With your help, Roadrunners will grow as independent, lifelong learners. Let’s show that reading isn’t scary—it’s fun, exciting, and full of possibilities! Because,

BEEP BEEP! Roadrunners Read and EXCEL Every Day!
